Ermöglicht Deploy ohne OSRM/Nominatim (deren Preprocessing/Import viel RAM
braucht; Austria-Extrakt OOM-te beim osrm-extract). App läuft mit
Haversine-Fallback; Geo später via 'make data' + 'make up' nachziehen.
